What can I put on my barstool?

Your business logo, team branding, or your own custom artwork! You must own the design or have permission from the rights holder to use it. We won’t reproduce another company’s logo or someone else’s artwork without authorization.

Our minimum is just one stool! That makes it easy to create a personal gift for a birthday, retirement, a coaches gift, or for someone’s garage. We also welcome larger orders for businesses, teams, and events.

What size are the stools, and what options are available?

Our stools have a padded upholstered seat, a stainless steel base, and a seat height of 29.5 inches. They’re rated for up to 300 lbs and are available with a black or chrome base.Choose your upholstery colours and mix and match the seat top and sides to complement your logo, team, or space. Sample colour swatches are available to help you choose. Every custom seat is printed and sewn by our team in Manning, Alberta.

Right here in Manning, Alberta! Our small, family-run team prints, cuts, sews, and finishes every custom seat in-house using sourced stool bases.

Pricing depends on your quantity and customization requirements. Send us your artwork and the number of stools you need for a quote. Distributor pricing is available to approved partners.

What kind of artwork do I need?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF are preferred. We also accept high-resolution images, ideally 300 DPI or higher at print size. Transparent PNGs work well. Print-ready artwork requires no setup fee; artwork preparation, if needed, is billed at $60 per hour.

Yes! We’ll send you a digital proof to review and approve before production begins. This is your chance to check the artwork, spelling, colours, and placement.

How long does my order take?

Turnaround depends on order size, artwork approval, and our production schedule. We’ll confirm the estimated timing when you order. Have an event or deadline? Let us know upfront so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

How do the stools ship? Is assembly required?

Our stools ship flat, with one or two stools per box. Base assembly is required, and the screws and Allen key are included. Shipping costs are confirmed for your order and destination.
