Every Big North barstool is customized to order. Because of this, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.
Please check your order details and digital proof carefully before approving production, including spelling, artwork, colours, and placement.
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn’t match your approved order, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty
Big North Barstool Co. warrants our barstools against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal function of the stool, including the frame, base, hardware, upholstery construction, stitching, and printed finish when used under normal conditions.
What isn’t covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including gradual fading, scratching, scuffing, creasing, or upholstery wear.

Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, modifications, accidents, or use other than normal seating.

Damage from improper cleaning products, chemicals, sharp objects, excessive heat, moisture, or prolonged outdoor exposure.

Damage caused by exceeding the 300 lb weight capacity.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or print placement inherent to custom-made products.

Email orders@bignorthbarstools.ca with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
For a covered defect within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, repair the affected component, supply a replacement component, replace the stool, or provide another appropriate remedy.
